Welcome to the Pype Media, LLC Affiliate Program. By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are intended to ensure the integrity, security, and efficiency of our Affiliate Program. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for the Pype Media, LLC Affiliate Program, you indicate your unconditional agreement to these Terms of Service and any updates or modifications made hereafter.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Affiliate Program.

You must have a valid tax identification number, PayPal account, or other acceptable payment method as specified by Pype Media, LLC.

Affiliates must operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Enrollment

To enroll in the Affiliate Program, you must submit a complete and accurate application through our platform. Pype Media, LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.

Affiliate Commissions

Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying revenues generated through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates, payment thresholds, and qualifying purchases are defined in the Affiliate Program documentation.

Payment

Payments will be made monthly, provided the affiliate has met the minimum earnings threshold. All payments are subject to review and adjustments for returns, fraud, or other discrepancies.bCommissions are earned on qualifying sales that result directly from your promotional efforts, tracked via your unique affiliate link. Access to sales and commission reports will be provided through the affiliate dashboard.

Marketing and Promotion

Affiliates must use ethical and legal means to promote Pype Media, LLC products and services. All marketing materials, including but not limited to banners, images, and copy, must be approved by Pype Media, LLC. Avoid engaging in spamming, misleading advertising, or any form of harassment in your promotional efforts.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our logos, trademarks, and promotional materials for the purpose of promoting our products/services. This license does not grant any ownership or other rights to our intellectual property.

Tracking and Cookies

Pype Media, LLC will provide affiliates with tracking tools to monitor their performance.

Affiliates consent to the use of cookies and similar technologies for tracking and commission attribution purposes.

Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, the affiliate must cease all promotional activities and remove all marketing materials related to Pype Media, LLC.

Modifications

Pype Media, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morris County, New Jersey, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program. Our aggregate liability arising with respect to this agreement will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you.

Acknowledgement

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service
